Our Booking Policy
Here at The Vitality Lounge we want our cherished customers to have a fantastic experience, and most of all, we want you to return again and again. However, sometimes it is necessary to cancel an appointment. We kindly ask that if you are unable to attend an appointment; that you notify us a minimum of 48 hours prior to the appointment time. If cancellation is not made in a minimum of 48 hours before the booked treatment is due to proceed, we withhold the right to charge 50% of the total cost of the booked treatment.
